This marks my fourth visit to Ayur Wakeup in the past 8 years ! Initially torn between the familiar and the new, I opted for Ayur Wakeup Lake View Retreat this time, driven by the fact that CEO Mr. Shameer has relocated there. My visits primarily revolve around my wife's arthritis treatment and my own rejuvenation and detox. Having Shameer's presence adds an extra layer of comfort. Kudos to Dr. Indu and the therapists for their excellence. The organic vegetarian cuisine was delightful, and the morning yoga on the rooftop proved to be a wonderful experience.
